JMM Insurance (Ireland) Limited (trading name JMM Ireland) is  corporate and commercial insurance intermediary, incorporated as a limited company in Ireland, Company Number 595307 and is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland, Registration Number C176263.

Our Registered Address is: 15 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2 D02 YX28, Ireland.

It is part of the JMM Group, which includes JM Marketing Limited, a London based Lloyd’s of London commercial insurance broker.

Our Privacy Policy

We comply with the requirement of the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and Irish data protection legislation. We are transparent on how we process your data, and are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We will only use the data which we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and Irish data protection legislation.

We own and control the data collected on our site, which we may use for our internal marketing and to improve our site. Complaints

It is JMM Ireland’s aim to give excellent service to all our customers. However, we recognise that things may occasionally go wrong. In these circumstances, we will do our best to deal with your complaint professionally, effectively and as quickly as possible.

Your complaint will be:

  • Acknowledged in writing within five working days of receipt.
  • You will be updated as soon as possible of how the investigation is progressing, but at any rate within 20 business days starting from the date on which the complaint was made.
  • We will do our best to resolve the complaint within 40 working days.
  • The findings of any investigation will be sent to you within 5 working days of the completion of the investigation and the options available to you.
  • If we have been unable to resolve your complaint within 40 business days we will write to inform you of the anticipated timeframe within which we hope it will be resolved.

Ultimately, should you remain dissatisfied with the final response from Lloyd’s you may, if eligible, refer your complaint to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO).

Should you wish to refer your complaint to the FPSO, you should do this within six months or you may lose the right to do so.

JMM Ireland will co-operate fully with the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman in resolving any complaint made against it and agrees to be bound by any awards made by the Ombudsman.
